Happy Thanksgiving - a year to be thankful for!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Today is a day to reflect, be mindful of our blessings, and give voice to feelings of gratitude. It’s a day to help us focus on all that we have, not upon what is missing. Family, friends, favorite foods, memories, and traditions make the day a special experience.

Kingwood Center Gardens is forever grateful to those who generously support our mission. Whether member, volunteer, donor, or staff, we recognize your essential place in making Kingwood a treasured, historic garden estate. Generations have loved this extraordinary place and many generations to come will also grow to love its gardens, its history, its exquisite beauty, and its one-of-a-kind charm.

To those who have chosen to support the “Honoring the Past – Growing the Future” capital campaign, we are especially thankful. We appreciate your generosity, your sacrifice, and your endorsement of the vision. Your legacy lives on at Kingwood. Thank you!

The Garden Gateway Project is taking shape and coming to life. In spite of the mud, disruption, and inconveniences, the magnificence of what is to come is inspiring. From marveling at the unique loveliness of the new parking lot and Nature Pond, to excitement over beautiful masonry work in the building and terraces, we eagerly anticipate the future.

Thank you, all, for joining with Kingwood in honoring the past and growing the future. We look forward to celebrating with you at the grand opening events in July 2020.

With gratitude,

Brenda Nelson
